Axiology, a Lithuania-based company developing distributed ledger technology (DLT) infrastructure for regulated tokenised securities under the EU DLT Pilot Regime, was named both the regional Baltic Class Winner and the Overall Winner of the Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV Programme, Spring 2025.
The announcement was made during the programme’s Startup Showcase and Grand Finale, held at the Latitude59 conference in Tallinn, Estonia.

The powerful team behind this solution truly has great potential to achieve success in the upcoming years.”

Bislab, based in Norway, was announced as the winner of the Norwegian Class for its development of automated credit rating and financial crime prevention solutions tailored to the professional market.
According to the committee, Bislab stood out within its class due to the significant traction it has achieved, as well as its strong potential for forming partnerships.
Its solution was viewed as both innovative and relevant to a serious and growing issue.
In Denmark, the class winner was Partisia, a company specialising in secure computation solutions using multiparty computation (MPC).
Partisia’s software enables encrypted data collaboration between multiple banks, allowing them to compute data jointly without compromising confidentiality.
The selection committee was impressed by the advancement of their solution, describing it as one of the key foundational technologies for financial services, contributing to a safer digital finance environment.
The Investor Award went to Tap2Pay, a Belarus-based company enabling small businesses to activate payments through messengers, social networks, and websites, all without the need for coding skills.
Tap2Pay was recognised for showing the most traction among members of the Mastercard Lighthouse Investor Circle.
Meanwhile, Justify, a legal life management platform from Norway, received the People’s Choice Award.
The platform, which integrates legal services into banks’ and insurers’ customer journeys, gained the most votes from programme participants and observers.
