Ebury, a UK-based company, specialising in international trade solutions for SMEs, has announced its agreement to acquire Lithuania-based ArcaPay, a provider of B2B cross-border payment solutions.

The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, aims to expand Ebury’s presence in the Baltics and enhance its international payments capabilities.
