Cardano Foundation is seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to support the overall Partnership Management team to ensure timely and successful delivery of partnership activities. The purpose of enterprise-based partnerships is to enhance the anchoring of the blockchain into the offline world while demonstrating on-chain economic utility. Specifically, leveraging blockchain to create new operating models, enhance existing industry value chains, and provide high assurance infrastructure for DApps, digital assets, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with layer-1 blockchain solutions with focus on end-user blockchain applications that enables: new operating models for businesses on blockchain; upgrades legacy businesses to utilize blockchain technology (Web2 to Web3); businesses consuming and interacting with blockchain data; and more. Additionally, this candidate will possess an understanding of the opportunities and challenges organizations face with deploying blockchain applications that deliver mission critical applications.
- Manage in-bound requests for partnership activities across multiple channels and support projects from initial sourcing to diligence to execution.
- Support the internal partnership structure for lifecycle management and reporting.
- Support the creation of project plans, presentations, and other related reporting and due diligence activities.
- Develop business cases, proposals, SOW's or pitches for prospective partners for internal approval and third party review.
- Lead hands-on tactical task management to drive shared key initiatives, spot and creatively solve complex operational issues, often unique to each partnership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers; escalate and resolve issues impacting project success.
- 1-2 Years of experience in the tech/blockchain/fintech field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in relationship/account management activities, and project/program management experience.
- Broad understanding of the macroeconomic and technical landscape of the blockchain industry, including industry standards and trends in enterprise and regulated market adoption.
- Masters Degree, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other relevant field.
- Experience in developing full scale project plans, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Extremely well-organized, agile and thinking outside of the box.
- Proven ability to clearly outline problem statements, solutions, and risk assessments.
- Quick learner and the ability to see fine details and the strategic big picture.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with remote working conditions.
- Fluency in English and excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication is a must.
