As the Head of FinTech, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the Recommerce industry. Your primary focus will be to develop, nurture, and lead our innovative FinTech offerings. This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development and resides within our Business Development team.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic development of our DaaS products through market analysis and competition insights.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Forge strong alliances with customers, strategic partners, financial institutions, and technology providers to strengthen and expand our Fintech services.
- Seamless Integration: Oversee the efficient implementation of our Fintech products, ensuring seamless integration with our IT and Sourcing teams.
- Risk Management: Develop and maintain robust risk management protocols, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Tech Pioneer: Stay at the forefront of DaaS trends and technologies, seamlessly integrating them into our Fintech strategy.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of our DaaS products, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports and craft compelling contractual offers. Develop engaging presentations and training materials.
- DaaS Expertise: Proven track record in the DaaS environment, with 3-5 years of experience, particularly in product development and implementation.
- Educational Background: Preferably hold a Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry Insight: Possess a deep understanding of the DaaS industry and product development.
- Innovation Enthusiast: Demonstrate the ability to drive growth and innovation within the Fintech industry.
- Analytical Thinker: Apply critical thinking skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office. Generic understanding of software development best practices is a plus, as is understanding of different data analysis and manipulation tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
