Fastex Group is on a search for a Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in all compliance and regulatory matters with local and international regulatory bodies
- Preparing regular reports and strategic direction to senior management regarding compliance matters
- Focusing on internal compliance and AML policy review, including ongoing assessments, assisting with compliance review, internal audit reviews and ongoing or ad hoc reviews
- Working with in-house and external advisories to monitor, and then implement responses to, regulatory developments that impact the businesses
- Tracking new product/service launch compliance items
- Collaborating with other departments (legal, risk & operations) on special compliance projects as necessary
- Assisting in and undertaking the development of training materials and training programs
- Carry out the necessary implementation of compliance with regulations issued and provide necessary communication and coordination with FCIS and necessary regulatory bodies
- Work with internal audit to implement necessary conformance with findings
- Work with wider Fastex global Compliance and AML team within the Legal Department
- Acting as Authorized MLRO
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of compliance experience with a reputable multinational company, preferably in the fintech or financial service sector
- Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated managerial experience and strong leadership skills
- Crypto knowledge will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Must be Lithuania based
