Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities across different verticals, where we can consult, deliver new and enhance existing solutions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies closely aligned with key stakeholders and executives
- Analyze client needs and craft our value proposition, starting with consulting and extending to digital product engineering services
- Collaborate with engineering, business and delivery teams to drive innovative solutions that disrupt client business
- Present proposals and showcase our service offerings to potential clients and lead RFPs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Baltic and Nordic regions, provide strategic insights to the Leadership team
- Build and maintain robust client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and challenges
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention, following EPAM’s Code of Conduct and local laws and regulations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to product development based on client feedback and requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field (with an MBA as a plus)
- 5+ years of business development background with a strong network across sectors including public, finance, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics
- Experience in building strategic relationships, managing project portfolios and closing deals across the Baltic and Nordic regions
- Strong project management skills, reflected in effective organization, planning and project administrative expertise
- Good understanding of the waves of digital transformation and innovative engineering solutions
- Proven track record in solution selling and meeting revenue targets
- Agility to effectively collaborate in diverse teams, supported by remarkable soft skills
- Effective communication with fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages
