- You have solid experience in international recruitment, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
- You have experience recruiting and working with technical roles such as Engineers, Developers and Product Managers
- You’re highly skilled in sourcing top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- You manage recruitment processes with ease, switching smoothly between roles, projects, and priorities.
- You’re confident working with and advising stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- You understand the nuances of hiring across diverse roles, cultures, and regions.
- You stay current with industry trends, consistently deliver beyond expectations, and approach your work with curiosity and a willingness to grow.

- The base salary for this position is €3000 gross (before taxes) monthly.
