We are seeking a highly-motivated Junior Payment Operations & Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The role will be split between two closely interconnected areas:
Customer support
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Handle inbound phone calls, manage emails and live chat.
- Communicate with customers regarding additional document requests.
Operations
- Monitoring and managing cash flows in bank accounts across different countries.
- Supervising automated payment processing rules.
- Managing foreign exchange risk associated with client transactions.
- Assisting senior colleagues with various ad-hoc tasks and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, finance or a related discipline. Last year students are welcome to apply too.
- Strong high school maturity examination results.
- Proficiency in verbal and written Lithuanian and English.
- Desired qualities include numeracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry would be advantageous.
- A sense of humor always helps.
- Competitive remuneration based on the candidate's experience ( 1300-1600 EUR/month gross).
