Wallee is looking for a Junior AML Specialist reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer in the Luxembourg office.
- Customer onboarding - execution of routines and procedures regarding the acquisition of clients.
- Execution of KYC / due diligence / risk assessment procedures.
- Feedback to clients regarding their applications.
- Assisting in AML/CTF control activities.
- Reviewing hits from the AML screening tools (PEP, sanction lists, etc.).
- Supporting the CCO with other tasks as required by the Compliance function.
- A degree or studies in Business Law, Business Administration or Economics.
- Result-oriented and responsible person.
- Basic experience in EU financial sector, in the AML/Compliance field - shall be considered as an advantage.
- Understanding basic aspects of the AML/CTF and Compliance functions.
- A service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
- High accuracy and ability to operate large volumes of information.
- Ability to execute tasks independently and report on progress.
- Good PC skills.
- Fluent in English, and French - at least intermediate level.
