Head of Fintech Hub LT Association

Fintech Hub LT Association is looking for a Head of Association to administer and coordinate the daily activities of Fintech Hub LT with regards to its stakeholders: Board, Members, Partners, Sponsors and Regulators.


● Administrating the existing infrastructure of the Association (website, LinkedIn, email communication, etc.)

● Managing the daily communication and relationships with Members and other key stakeholders (Board, Partners, Sponsors, Regulators, supervisors)

● Organizing the Members meetings, drafting meeting minutes

● Organizing events for the Members, looking for speakers, drafting agendas and invitations

● Attracting new Members and Sponsors to the Association

● Promoting Association and its activities locally and globally through social media

● Representing the Association at local and international conferences and other events (occasional travelling may be required)

● Implement the KPIs and the Goals of the Association agreed with the Board

● Act as the ambassador of the association in Lithuania and abroad (during conferences, industry events, etc…)


● Relevant previous work experience and knowledge of the Fintech sector in Lithuania

● All-around proactive personality and readiness to execute

● Ability to work independently in a budget-limited environment

● Proficiency in English and Lithuanian is required

● Positive and forward thinking mindset, willing and comfortable with initiating and engaging conversation with internal and external stakeholders

Fintech Hub LT is the Association that unites Fintech (financial technology) industry participants in Lithuania, helps to create favourable conditions for their activities and contributes to Lithuania becoming the attraction centre for the industry not only in the Baltic region, but also throughout the European Union.
