Head of Demand Generation (French or German Speaking)

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you are a self- starter who has experience of creating successful demand gen / growth campaigns with ultimate responsibility over prospect touchpoints, top and middle of the funnel. You will own all demand channels across digital, performance, events, content syndication and more and will be obsessed with catching quality ideal customer profile’s (ICP) into the funnel.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

  • Building and Launching Campaigns: Help construct and breathe life into marketing programs, creating highly targeted demand generation campaigns that increase business growth.
  • Handling Leads: Grasps the concept of lead scoring and sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs, with a good command over CRM and marketing automation platform HubSpot.
  • Creating Authentic Conversations: Understand our merchants and buyers to create genuine dialogues and promotions that speed up sales velocity.
  • Optimising Conversions: Take on demand gen objectives across the marketing funnel – MQL to SQL, tracking and refining performance at each stage in the funnel. Also, continually adjust online and offline programs to align customer acquisition costs with ROI goals.
  • Analysing Campaign Outcomes: Look at marketing campaign results in detail, deriving insights and presenting results clearly to aid decision making.
  • Collaborating for Success: Works with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to align demand gen efforts with overall business goals.
  • Fluency in French or German (This one is non negotiable): We’re an international company with clients in France, and Germany and we’re looking for a candidate that can localise campaigns.
  • Getting Things Done: Demand generation expert that pushes for growth and drives business expansion.
  • Campaign Whiz: Know how to create and run multi-channel campaigns across B2B channels like a pro.
  • From Leads to Cash: Really get how to turn potential leads into actual revenue.

  • Numbers Fan: Love crunching numbers and using that info to make smart decisions.

  • Tech-Savvy: Know a thing or two about marketing automation and CRM platforms, making work easier and more efficient.
