We are looking for an e-commerce and B2B sales specialist to join the structure of ESTO's Estonian business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate and secure long-term successful partnerships with ESTO retail business partners.
  • Manage and maintain close communication with partners and build strong relationships.
  • Skillful mapping of customer management pipeline and achieving sales growth.
  • Introduce potential sales activities and business opportunities to management.
  • Daily active communication and negotiations with business partners.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, account management and/or in e-commerce.
  • Be organized, accountable, trustful and a great communicator. Feel comfortable contacting customers daily via phone calls and email communication, and sometimes organizing on-site meetings.
  • Fluent Estonian language skills, sufficiently good English skills. Russian language skill is an advantage.
  • Initiative, ambitious and hungry to find opportunities to increase sales volumes.
  • Determined and experienced to understand different sales opportunities. Organized and process-oriented.
