HIPTHER Baltics: Riga 2026 will take place on May 11, 2026, at the Grand Hotel Kempinski in Riga, Latvia. The summit will mark the opening of Baltic Tech Week and will be themed “Cross‑Border Compliance and Player Protection.” It’s expected to bring together more than 150 attendees, and 40 speakers.

Designed as a one‑day platform for high‑level dialogue at the intersection of regulation, technology and responsible gaming, HIPTHER Baltics: Riga 2026 will feature two parallel stages running simultaneously. Stage 1 will focus on fintech and regulatory frameworks, covering licensing, payments, AML rules, data‑protection requirements and cross‑border financial compliance. Stage 2 will concentrate on gaming, technology and player protection, examining responsible‑gaming initiatives, player‑safety tools, fraud‑prevention mechanisms, platform compliance and emerging technologies that shape the regulated i‑gaming sector.
